• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or our systems or networks

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
